CHRIS ROCK TALKS HATING ON KOBE BRYANT DURING 81-POINT GAME

In promoting his “Top Five” movie, Chris Rock stopped by NBA TV’s GameTime to chop it up with Rick Kamla, Isiah Thomas and Steve Smith. In doing so, the comedian/actor told the hosts the story about him witnessing Kobe Bryant’s 81-point game back in 2006 and doing some serious hating on the Los Angeles Lakers superstar during the unbelievable performance.

“I was at the 81 game,” Rock explained. “That was the most amazing game. He scored 81…he needed about 69. The Lakers were that bad at the time.

“Now that was unbelievable,” he added later. “You know what’s really funny? If they ever do a replay of this, they came to me on the sidelines…’Do you think Kobe is the best player in the game?’ I was like, ‘No, Dwyane Wade.’ I was hating on him so bad. I was hating on him so bad, almost like he heard it.”

When asked where the hate for Bryant stemmed from, Rock said bluntly: “You know what? I just took Shaq’s side, that’s all. That’s all it was. I was like, ‘I’m a Shaq guy.’ Either there’s Kobe people or there’s Shaq people.”

Rock went onto state that he’s finally starting to cheer for Bryant later in the 36-year-old’s career.

“I’ve been rooting against Kobe my whole life, but now I got to give it up to him. He’s been there,” the comedian said.

That doesn’t mean Rock thinks Bryant will ever surpass Michael Jordan—even when he overtakes him on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

“No he’s done. Unless he can find a way to play at 50 or something,” Rock said of Bryant. “Call Barry Bonds and get some of that BALCO in him. It’s a nice run. He had a nice run and he’s one of the best ever. Hey, I’m not going to pass Richard Pryor. I’m not going to lose sleep over it.”

Other hilarious moments during the clip came when Rock likened himself to Gregg Popovich for surrounding himself with veterans and explaining that people in bad basketball markets like New York and Detroit should definitely watch his new movie.

He also dropped this epic quote: “Kobe wants to be Michael so bad, he’s getting ready to marry Juanita. I saw him talking to Juanita the other day. I’m like, ‘Kobe, what you doing there?’”

Diddy may have invented the remix, but he still wants his publishing. All the way back in June—months before he allegedly beat up Drake—Diddy had some choice words for the Canadian. During a show at Miami Beach’s Story night club, Puff and Ma$e were performing when the Bad Boy mogul made an abrupt stop. In a video obtained by TMZ, Diddy urges the crowd to “get this on tape” as he explains his gripe with the rapper who used it.

“I gave this [beat] to this nigga,” Diddy says. “This nigga stole this shit from me.” The beat in question, which is used for the first half of Drake’s two-part song “0 to 100/The Catch Up,” is credited to Boi-1da and Frank Dukes. As of yet, there is no other information as to the specifics of Diddy’s involvement, but at least he’s still a fan: In the video, after airing his grievances, he asks the DJ to play the song anyway, saying “at the end of the day, that shit is still hard.” Then he and Ma$e dance like it’s 1997.

ANDRE 3000’S ADVICE FOR NEW ARTISTS

The best advice usually comes from people with experience, and after decades in the game, André 3000 has plenty of that. In a new interview with HardKnockTV, André offers up some words of wisdom to young artists. Watch the full interview above, and read his advice below:

Advice for young artists… It’s really simple: Make the music you want to hear. I know a lot of people can sit around like, “I don’t like this here.” Or, “This kind of music right here, man, this music right here gets on my nerves.” Or “These people are wack.” The complaining doesn’t really make the music better, so my thing is, figure out what kind of music you want to hear, and get to making it.

They call me Uncle Stacks at this point and I’m 39—it’s crazy. But the youngsters… I always feel like, just kill us. We want to hear what y’all’s generation has to say. Don’t try to impress us. Don’t try to please anybody that’s older than you in that way. Push it. I’m excited about the progression of everything, so as long as I know you’re being the best you you can be, it’s progressing the art… We don’t have the ideas. Y’all got all the new ideas, all of them.

Knicks Players Carmelo & Tim Hardaway Jr Get into it After Loss

The New York Knicks were en route to their fifth straight loss last week against Brooklyn when a frustrated Tim Hardaway Jr. screamed angrily, "Get the rebound!"

Certain his second-year teammate was speaking to him, Carmelo Anthony approached Hardaway on the way down the court and used an expletive to ask Hardaway who in the world he thought he was talking to.

Anthony, according to sources, used another expletive in telling Hardaway he was going to beat him up when they got into the locker room after the game.

The responsibility to fix the Knicks' worst start falls solely on Phil Jackson, Ian O'Connor writes. Story

While the two players never wound up fighting, the episode was emblematic of the volatile state of the Knicks. Off to their worst start in franchise history at 4-19, the Knicks are a team full of discord, defiance and doubt, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

"Nobody's taken a swing at anybody, but there's a lot of arguing and cursing each other out after games," one source said.

In addition to the Knicks' lack of chemistry, sources say the players believe coach Derek Fisher's insistence on running the triangle offense is another key reason for New York's struggles.

Anthony could not be reached for comment Wednesday. The Knicks play at San Antonio on Wednesday night, and Anthony said after Tuesday's 104-93 loss at New Orleans -- New York's ninth straight defeat -- that he is considering giving his ailing left knee a rest.

Sources say Anthony and Hardaway exchanged words after the loss to the Pelicans, as well.

Several Knicks, in addition to Hardaway, are at odds with Anthony and believe he is not playing team basketball. Sources said players voiced their displeasure with Anthony over the weekend, telling him he shoots too much, doesn't move or pass the ball, and plays defense only when he feels like it.

Sources said the most tension exists between Anthony and Hardaway, as they haven't cared for each other almost since Hardaway joined the team last season, with each player believing the other shoots too much and doesn't care about defense. Sources said Hardaway was also bothered by the favorable treatment Anthony received under last season's coach, Mike Woodson.

The Knicks (4-19) are off to their worst start in franchise history. To make matters worse, Carmelo Anthony, left, and Tim Hardaway Jr. got into a verbal altercation during the team's loss to Brooklyn on Dec. 2.

One thing Anthony and his teammates do agree on is their disdain for the triangle offense, sources said. For weeks, if not longer, the players have been ready to ditch the triangle and move on to another system. They feel like other teams know what they are going to run and where they are going to go on the court, which makes it easier to stop them.

When team president Phil Jackson gave his state of the team address Monday, he said the Knicks players have shown defiance to the changes he and Fisher have made in the name of "changing the culture."

"There's some resistance to discipline and order and culture change and things like that," Jackson said.

The players' dislike for the triangle is a part of that. But there is more.

Last season, under Woodson, the Knicks switched on defense. This season, under Fisher, they don't switch, which has some players grumbling.

Also, the day after losses, Woodson would typically hold voluntarily workouts that were light and nondemanding. Fisher, however, holds full-fledged practices and works the players hard.

"Guys are definitely frustrated," one source said. "But some of it's just basketball stuff that the players don't like doing. When somebody's demanding that you make a hard cut, you don't like it because you have to work harder. When someone says it's not OK to throw a bulls--- pass, guys don't like it."

But the players don't feel like Fisher is being too hard on them, sources said. In fact, some feel his sideline demeanor is too stoic and that they would like to see more emotion out of him.

"They almost want to see Fisher get upset during a game," one source said. "They want to know that their coach will go to battle with them, that he'll fight for them. They're not seeing any emotion out of him."

With free agents who signed before Sept. 16 becoming available for trade Dec. 15, the Knicks could look to make roster changes soon -- with sources saying J.R. Smith is the player they'd most like to trade.

Vinyl Rock Drops "Bad B*tch On My D*ck"

Vinyl Rock has been proving the theory "that G's move in silence like Lasagna"-Wayne

It's been a while since we heard anything from T. Stewart aka "Vinyl Rock", but that doesn't mean he hasn't been working hard and making moves. V. Rock is currently working on a tape, building his fame, and entertaining label offers. His work ethic and his rise reminds me of something JAY Z once said: "We're living in The Wild Wild West when it comes to music. There are no rules"....Everybody I know is finding success musically in one fashion or another. Though each path differs drastically nobody can say which path is correct.

What I'm trying to communicate is that what may work for someone like Bobby Shrmuda will not work for everyone or  another artist who may be more talented in every way. The fact that there is really no set or established way to get on anymore. This makes things really interesting but also infinitely more complicated....anyway enough of my forward thinking and analysis ...

Diddy and Drake fighting in the club Over Cassie??? Nobody Knows

Well this could certainly get interesting. Nothing has been confirmed just yet, but according to a few eyewitness accounts, Diddy smacked Drake into next Tuesday while partying at Miami hotspot LIV last night for DJ Khaled’s birthday. Now we know Drizzy has been on his Mr. Steal Your Girl tip as of late, but according to Rick Ross’ DJ, Sam Sneaker, Cassie was NOT the cause behind the beef.

After RT’ing another club goer that wrote, “Aye U Slappin N*ggas Na” to Diddy, Sam Sneaker added, “It definitely wasn’t bout Cassie. Drake at the Hospital smh. He dislocated his shoulder. It’ll come out soon. Yall pray for Drake. N*gga caught a 3 PC.”

Marisa Mendez

Um, yikes! Now he wasn’t the only one to tweet about it, as yet another club goer sent a tweet to Baller Alert, reporting that they’d seen “@Drake get slapped by @iamdiddy outside the back of LIV with my own eyes.” When Baller Alert posted the screenshot on their Instagram, his new/old enemy Chris Brown was sure to comment with two snake emojis. So much for that short-lived reconciliation, huh?

DJ Sam Sneak claims that the altercation was more serious than a simple slap in the face.  According to him, Diddy hit Drake with a "3 piece" combination, and the end result from the entire rumble was Drake being checked into the hospital after suffering a dislocated shoulder.  @CocaineNoHoney also claims that one of Diddy's security guards was hit with a Ciroc bottle by someone from Drake's OVO crew after Diddy landed the initial punch.

Lil Duval sent fans into a frenzy after he trolled the situation and jokingly tweeted that Diddy hit Drake because he was trying to spit game to Cassy.  Duval later clarified that he was only joking about that being the cause of the altercation.  We'll keep you updated as more details surface from the fight between Diddy and Drake, but for now, check out the tweets surrounding the confrontation above.

Do you think this was Diddy holding it down for Breezy, or something totally unrelated? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

What The Hell Just Happened In Music This Week?

Is the YMCMB empire in a fractured state? That appears to be the case following Lil Wayne's recent comments on Twitter, in which the rapper claimed Tha Carter V was being held hostage by Birdman and Cash Money. This is very troubling news given Wayne's close relationship with Birdman—he's referred to him as his "father" on many occasions. What's more, this gives credence to Tyga's own issues with the label not more than two months ago.

Plus, Meek Mill is released from jail, tour news on Kanye West, Logic, Lana Del Rey, and PARTYNEXTDOOR, and Azealia Banks beefs with Iggy Azalea—again. Check out all that and more in What the Hell Just Happened in Music This Week?

Rihanna revealed upcoming plans for Kanye West to tour next year.

Date: December 12

Rihanna recently tweeted a link to the DiamondBall auction, which benefits the Clara Lionel Foundation that she founded in 2012. According to the site and as Spin points out, one of the packages that will be auctioned off is the Kanye West Tour Experience, which reads: Be Kanye West’s special front row VIP guest for his upcoming North American 2015 tour. Experience a rare opportunity meet & greet with the icon.

Only problem? Starting bids for the Kanye experience begin at $15,000. The CLF foundation was started in honor of Rihanna's grandparents, Clara and Lionel Brathwaite, and according to its mission statement, strives “to improve the quality of life for communities globally in the areas of health, education, arts, and culture."

So, thanks to Rihanna, we've got one more hint at what Kanye has planned for next year.

Meek Mill was finally released from jail.

Date: December 2

Meek Mill has been released from jail after serving nearly five months for violating his parole this past July. Before he was locked up, Meek was gearing up to drop his long-awaited sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, which was ultimately delayed due to his jail sentence. A new date for the album has not been announced, but knowing Meek, he will get right to it soon.

PARTYNEXTDOOR dropped new music and announced a world tour.

Date: December 3

PARTYNEXTDOOR continues his impressive 2014 run as the budding Toronto singer takes a page out of Drake's “owl hours” pamphlet and drops four new songs in the middle of the night, properly packaged as “PNDCOLOURS.” Included in this surprise pack is “Let's Get Married,” “Girl From Oakland,” “Jus Know” featuring Travi$ Scott, and “Don't Worry” with Ca$h Out.

Along with new music, PARTYNEXTDOOR also shares full dates for his upcoming “PND LIVE” world tour, which begins Jan. 29 in Seattle. Other stops on the 40-plus date trek include Los Angeles, Atlanta, Boston, New York, and Detroit, as well as expected shows in cities like Paris and Berlin overseas.

Lady Gaga opened up about being sexually assaulted as a teen.

Date: December 3

Lady Gaga revealed on The Howard Stern Show that she was raped by a man who was 20 years her senior when she was 19 years old. The subject came up when Stern asked Gaga about performing her song “Swine” earlier this year at South by Southwest and having British artist Millie Brown vomit paint on her while she rode a mechanical bull. Gaga explained that “Swine” is about—among other things—rape, demoralization, and rage.

“I had a lot of pain I wanted to release,” she said. “I said to myself, I want to sing this song while I'm ripping hard on a drum kit and then I want to get on a mechanical bull—which is probably one of the most demoralizing things you can put a female on, you know in her underwear—and I want this chick to throw up on me in front of the world, so that I can tell them, 'You know what? You could never, ever degrade me as much as I degrade myself, and look how beautiful it is when I do."

Afterward, Stern tried to press Gaga on the particulars of the incident, suggesting it was a music producer who raped her. Gaga did not reveal the name of her assaulter but according to Mark Geragos, who is Kesha's lawyer in her sexual assault case against superproducer Dr. Luke, it was Luke who raped Gaga. However, both Luke and Gaga's reps have denied Geragos claim.

Gaga went on to tell Stern that the incident didn't affect her immediately after as much as it did years later. However, she eventually overcame it after years of mental and physical therapy. “I saw him one time in a store and I was so paralyzed by fear,” said Gaga. “It wasn't until I was a little bit older that I went, 'Wow, that was really messed up.'"

Despite the heavy subject matter, Gaga was actually on the show to promote her new duet album with Tony Bennett, Cheek to Cheek. —Insanul Ahmed

Azealia Banks called out Iggy Azalea for cultural appropriation.

Date: December 4

As hundreds of New Yorkers took to the streets to protest the Staten Island grand jury's decision not to indict an NYPD officer for his role in Eric Garner's death, Azealia Banks went on Twitter to call out white artists who appropriate black culture but fall silent when civil rights issues are brought up. The “Chasing Times” rapper fired out a handful of tweets and then focused in on Iggy Azalea or “Igloo Australia” for her silence on “black issues” following the events of the past month. —

Lil Wayne revealed internal issues with Birdman and Cash Money.

Date: December 4

After countless delays, Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V was set to hit stores on this month until Weezy took to Twitter to voice his frustrations with Cash Money Records and Birdman, and claims the label won't let him release his album.

Wayne has been associated with Cash Money Records since the early '90s, and has always maintained an extremely close relationship with Birdman over the years. His own label, Young Money Entertainment, is an imprint of Cash Money and back in April 2012, Wayne signed an additional four album deal with Cash Money, as well.

“Everybody knows I came into the game at 11 years old with Cash Money Records, before we even had a major deal,” Wayne told MTV News back in 2012. “We signed a deal in I don’t remember when, and I been with Cash Money ever since. So if you’re looking for integrity, I am the definition. If you’re looking for a person that’s gonna stay down, I am the definition. If you’re looking for loyalty, I am just that."

This is now the second Cash Money artist this year to publicly air out grievances with the label; in October, Tyga revealed that his album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty, was completed but the label was “holding him hostage.”

Tyga hinted at his possible separation with Young Money/Cash Money.

Date: December 4

Lil Wayne recently set Twitter ablaze by detailing his frustrations with the label. Specifically, he called out Cash Money for holding back his upcoming album, Tha Carter V, which has suffered several delays over the last few months. It most recently received a firm release date, before Wayne explained the situation taking place behind closed doors.

Fellow Young Money/Cash Money artist Tyga voiced his support for Wayne following his Twitter remarks, which makes sense given Tyga's own issues with the record label, in which he threatened to leak his album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty.

Now, Tyga has stated his album will be released independently. This goes against information given to fans following Tyga's outburst, in which the 25-year-old Compton rapper announced his album would be released Dec. 23. If his latest update is in fact true, this would mean Tyga finally got his wish and severed ties with Young Money/Cash Money.

AndrĂ© 3000 referred to OutKast's reunion touring as “selling out.”

One of the biggest stories of 2014 was the return of OutKast, as the duo reunited to do a number of festival dates in the summer. In an interview with Fader, AndrĂ© 3000 spoke candidly about his conflicted thoughts regarding the tour, saying that he felt like a “sell-out."

While explaining the purpose of the jumpsuits he wore during the performances, AndrĂ© explains that the messages were cathartic to him in getting through the performances. “I felt weird about going out on stage and doing it again,” he told interviewer Nicholas Jaar, adding that he felt that OutKast fans would see the tour as nothing but a money grab. He continues by saying that the jumpsuits, were his way of being “in on the joke."

AndrĂ© goes further by adding that he actually didn't want to do the reunion tour at all:

“We hadn't performed in 10 years. It was old songs. I'm like, How am I gonna present these songs? I don't have nothing new to say. So I was like, maybe I can start saying new stuff while doing these old songs. It became a theme where I was more excited about this than the actual show. This is fun, running out in these."

Known for being reclusive since the group's hiatus after their critically acclaimed Speakerboxx/The Love Below album, AndrĂ©'s comments have seemingly put an end to any more reunions between he and Big Boi.

Beanie Sigel was shot in Philadelphia.

Date: December 5

Beanie Sigel was shot in Pleasantville, N.J. NBC Philadelphia reports that Sigel, who was released from federal prison in August, is currently in surgery after suffering a gunshot wound to his back (Police originally said he was shot in the stomach). His attorney says that Sigel was returning home from dropping his kids off at school and that it appears Sigel was not the intended victim.

The shooter is currently in custody. The Philly Inquirer is reporting that Sigel was rushed to the hospital with “life-threatening” injuries after a bullet hit his abdomen and exited through his back.

The 2015 Grammy Award nominees were announced.

Usher charges his phone with a woman's VAGINA (NSFW)

To be honest, we aren't sure if he's a collector or anything like other fellow celebs. Needless to say, it looks like Usher takes his #art seriously. It's being reported that he stopped by an exhibition put on by Weird Magic, where he stopped by a booth and charged his phone with a woman's vagina. It sounds too ludicrous to be true, but then a photo of said incident emerged and, well, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Wiz Khalifa Takes Pics With Hot Topless Playboy Model

Update (Dec. 4, 5:00 p.m.): A source told TMZ that Wiz and the British Playboy model Carla Howe made a sextape last night, however there’s one catch. Wiz didn’t know he was being
recorded. Wiz and Carla—who knew each other since appearing in 2012 movie Mac & Devin Go to High School—did more than take a photo shoot(the pics were took down by both parties). They were “Knockin’ da Boots.” Wiz had no idea that he was being recorded and the video is being shopped around Hollywood.

Wiz is lawyering up to stop the video from seeing any light of day.

Original Story: Wiz Khalifa is enjoying the single life (at least it appears so). Since the divorce, Wiz and Amber have been coping with the break up in two completely different ways. Some fans may think the once happy couple could get back together. But right now Wiz’s only focus is his son and twins.

Wiz took to Instagram last night to share a pretty explicit photo of himself sitting in front of a topless Playboy model. The Model—Carla Howe—is smoking hot. But what’s amazing about her is that she is a twin. Her twin sister name is Melissa Howe. The two British Playboy models are a sight for sore eyes. Take a look at the steamy shoot and the new twins below.
