NBA 2k16 Cover revealed | A Spike Lee Joint Be The Story

The game of basketball is synonymous with the NBA 2K series that comes out every year. NBA 2K16 is up this year and the cover was just released with superstars James Harden, Steph Curry, and Anthony Davis gracing the front.

If you need another reason to put in some overtime hours to get the money for the game, film legend Spike Lee is directing it. Lee wrote and directed the new MyCareer element of 2K16, which will follow a kid through the "trials and tribulations of being a top high school player and the decisions he has to make."

Davis, the Pelicans star on the cover, is pretty excited about it.

"I'm guessing every one of us grew up dreaming of the moment we'd be on the cover," Davis says of the 15-year-old video game franchise. "I've seen so many players I know head off and put on a suit with all those balls (for motion-capture duty); it looks so fun."

No official release date yet, but this game already looks like a must-cop.
